Our most recent Connex Benefits Network (CBN) event on March 5th in Oakville, ON featured an engaging series of presentations on mental health and being neurodivergent where signs and symptoms, diagnosis and treatments vary between genders, but where differences are not always well recognized. Insurers, benefit advisors and plan sponsors can do better for employees when they are aware and design communications, benefit plan features, and the workplace accordingly.
